So many teachers to glean from. It is a school opportunity that all teachers should take advantage of. As should any China painter new to the art and seasoned painters.... Four days of painting, study, and learning that is over the top. Paul White and some other teachers are offering study times with them in there homes. At the famous porcelain-manufacture of Meissen, we have both served a four year apprenticeship to become qualified Porcelain-painters for onglaze art.

After ten years experience in Meissen, we moved to Bavaria, in 1991 and have been working as freelance porcelain - painters ever since. I am thrilled to host another seminar with Joerg Kugelmeier and Petra Kugelmeier this Fall. Please note in your calendar the following dates:
August 28th to 31st, a seminar will be held in Candiac, QC given by Joerg Kugelmeier. Also September 1st to 4th, Petra will be giving a seminar as well.
The seminars are four days and the cost is C$450 per student. I need to know who is interested.
The subject will be a winter landscape with figure skaters etc... Joerg will use this original painting for his study.
Petra’s subject will be new flowers with dew drops made of Ice Crystals. (new technique). Petra has not yet provided me with her study but if you know Petra, you know it will be spectacular.
The class will be held in English.
Their medium is Fat Oil, rectified turpentine and clove oil. If you don’t have it, you can always get it from me.
Joerg and Petra provide all mixed colors used for the paintings, one special brush and the color study. They also will lend you a covered porcelain palette with 12 holes to keep your colors fresh during the seminar. (you will have to clean it at the end of the session unless you want to purchase it and keep the colors).
If you would like me to guaranty your seat, I need to receive your full payment as soon as possible.
Please note that in the case of an impeachment and you are not able to attend, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. (although I will have a bank of names on hold).
If you need me to find you a place to stay let me know well in advance so I can make arrangements with hosts if possible. Two good hotels are also nearby and rooms rates vary between $99 -$129 breakfasts included. You can always share the room with someone else.
A month before the seminars, you will receive a detailed list of material to bring.
