Christmas Luncheon: Includes an exchange of hand painted gifts.

Monthly meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm (just to the left side the Triton Museum). General Meetings are held to conduct group business, display hand painted china by the membership and introduce new ideas by painting demonstrators. A yearly fund raiser is conducted by members.

Dues are $30.00 a year and includes charter membership in CAPA.

Seminars /workshops are scheduled throughout the year. The seminar chairperson will make announcements at the club meetings and requests for sign-ups. Seminars are arranged so that the members/attendees will equally divide the cost of the artist. Workshops are arranged in the same manner with the exception of limited attendees per artist request, so that personal attention is given to each member participating. Payment must accompany all sign-ups for the workshop or seminar. If you are not able to attend, you must find a substitute. Money will not be refundable by SCVPA. If you would like to host a visiting artist, SCVPA will subsidize you for $50.00. The location of the workshop or seminar will be paid by SCVPA and up to $25.00 per day. However, this will be voted on for each workshop or seminar as it arises. Teacher's names and classes are available upon request.

Lending Library: is free to members. Such authors as Sonie Ames, Paula Collins, Jean Sadler and many more. Video tapes are also available for loan. Lending period is one month.

Public Displays: Santa Clara Porcelain Artists hold an Exhibition and Show in May to display and educate china painting techniques.  There are also opportunities to purchase painted and unpainted china pieces and painting supplies.
